Shaoxing Leading Textile is the new built brand of Zhejiang Henglong Fanglun Technology Co., Ltd, which is production and processing join-stock enterprise that intergrate elsaticizing, weaving, dyeing, finishing and trading process.

We are located in China Textile City, Keqiao City.

At the beginning, our main product is velvet which including Sherpa, Teddy Velvet, Polar Fleece, North Velvet and Chenille.

As the time go by, we have formed an excellent development team to continuously innovate and develop new products.

We are the first company in Keqiao to develop the United Fleece, which avoids the pollution process of glue in the composite industry and achieves the goal of environmental protection through the weaving of cash machines.

After 20 years development, our customers also get more different needs like jersey, pique, roma etc.

Shaoxing Leading Textile came into being, now we totally have over 500 advanced machines and the factory areais more than 40000 square meters.

At the same time, we also get the GRS certificate and produce the bulk for some international brands like Zara, Costco, Walmart etc.

(1) Check the quality of the yarn, like Hairiness, Evenness, Twist etc.at our own lab.

(2) Knit the greige fabric, ensure the rationality of each data of greige fabric and then send to the dye factory

(3) Greige fabric inspection

(9) Carry out a second inspection on the rolling machine, and we will keep roll and lot samples. Each lot we will keep 1 meter to check, and we will also send the A4 sample to customer; And for each roll, we will keep about 10cm as the reserve

(8) The bulk back to the warehouse, first inspection on Fabric inspection machine, and generate inspection report, including width, weight, defects etc.

(7) After finishing the fabric, we will check the dye lot difference sheets and test reports from dye factory to make sure each details are good

(6) Then the dye factory start to heat-setting and finishing process

Our own QC and professional dye factory staff compare the lab-dips and the colors of the dye lot.

If the color fails, return to the dye lot to revise until it succeed

(10) We will test the colorfastness, shrinkage, pilling and so on in our laboratory

(11) The quality control department judges the quality level of the goods according to the actual situation, and the salesman delivers it to the customer
